Felt good this morning to get in another workout--it was suppose to be a rest day, but my son went with me to the gym after he finished his Crossfit group class. So, I figured I may as well get it done. Tomorrow is a rest day!

Comments: Today was a better day. Couldn't sleep, my neck/shoulder was bothering me, went back to the dr and they made it a lot better, still hurts a tad but not like it did. I've been making sure to keep heat on it so the muscles don't tighten back up again and it will heal faster. Hoping for a better day tomorrow.2 -

And my chubby Lab lost 3 lbs at her check up today at the vets. She just wanted me to let y'all know. She got her feelings hurt a couple months ago when we went for her bordello shot. New Vet came in the examination room and said, " Oh, you brought me a coffee table." I thought it was funny. Dog didn't.2
