Today was my final day of vacation. Back to my normal routine. I enjoyed family time as well as me time... it was much needed. Continuing my 16:8 IF, as it seems to help control my food intake... it may not be for everyone. Hope everyone had a great weekend and has an excellent week.1 -

@BEASTFIELD314 Welcome back!! I share your feelings about intermittent fasting. I find that for me it's a lot easier to stay in control during a 16:8 fasting schedule, some weeks I do a 36 hour fast as well or even an OMAD depending on how I feel too.2 -

Comments: Did my 1st day of competition prep and then went to a group session my trainer was leading, figured I have another 9 lbs to lose on my comp prep so killing another 400 calories was probably a good idea, been struggling to stay away all day after that though, between the lack of sleep last night, early morning weights and then that extra workout, I'm pretty excited to be heading to bed soon.0 -

Isn’t it great we are starting another week of working together on a team to lose weight, eat healthier, and exercise together to become stronger and improve our bodies! Comments: This happens when I don't pre-plan my food. Been good so far today so today will be good. Ate a healthy lunch. Yesterday weighed in at 193.1 (was under calories the day before) but today weighed in at 194.4. Hoping to reverse that lol.2 -

Comments: Back on track, but had a crazazy day--- no time for my post workout meal...grabbed a boiled egg and left for my appointments-- got back at 6pm and finally ate dinner +, so I couldn't stick to my pre-scheduled meal planning, but I still stayed close to my macros and under my calories. Tomorrow's schedule is a little lighter--TG, so I should be able to stay on plan.

Exercise: Took my son to soccer practice. Walked around the field they were practicing on. Got 2.02 miles in AND got to watch him practice.
1st day back after vacation. Wasn't too hard to get back into the swing of things. Was able to come up with a few exercises I can do while at work. Made enough food for lunches for the week. Definitely along with my intermittent fasting is helping me stay within calorie range. Over all a great Monday and start to the week. I hope everyone had an awesome day!2 -
