We had a lot of great responses including pizza, biscuits, grilled hamburgers, ice cream and chocolate, although pizza did take home the gold!!

Goals or Day: Forced rest day: I was so tired, no sleep, spent 2am-7am at the ER--- unexplained back pains, ruled out anything extreme, they think it's muscular, so I need to rest and see how I feel tomorrow.

@mexiconona Honestly, when I eat too little, I don't lose, I've recently raised my calories and started losing, also if you're keto and then eat too many carbs, which might be your case since you just had surgery and I'm sure ate hospital food and that can make you retain water which would make you weigh more...some things to think about. Wouldn't worry too much, just focus on healing!1 -

Finally, a day without rain. I think it has rained here every day the last three weeks. Severe thunderstorms and
torrid downpours.
