Week 2 is almost over and I think a lot of us are a little less motivated than last week, which is normal. The weight loss game is mostly mental. You have to believe that you can do it and then take small actions everyday to get there. It's a marathon, not a sprint, you will have days that go perfectly according to plan and days that just don't happen the way you want them to. It's really about picking yourself up and getting back on track, one meal or even one day isn't going to totally derail your progress, but if you have one bad day and then you think well this week isn't going to be good and don't start again the next day, you will be right. This brings me to one of my favorite quotes:

What is one way you can challenge yourself and get out of your comfort zone? Could be a workout or even a new healthy food.

I am not a fan of body weight exercises, even though they can be really good, my challenge for myself is to complete 3 body weight workouts at home next week. It will definitely be a challenge, I'm still sore from the one I did on Wednesday. I am really surprised that just using my body weight can be so hard!!3 -

Comments: Today was a good day. Worked on my snatch technique with my new trainer/coach. I'm now 14 weeks out from competition. I have about 10 lbs to lose before then. Made Keto pizza for dinner because I love pizza and why not when I can fit it into my day.
