I always tell myself I'll drink less caffeine and then I buy two four-packs of Red Bull. In my defense I usually drink 6 oz. of decaf a day. My plan is to have a Red Bull. Maybe once a week. Or any moderately caffeinated drink.

I'm 5'7'' and my goal weight is 120. Which is, like, the lowest weight in my BMI range. I just want to see what I look like. Right now I weigh about 135. I started at 155.
