My answer (that would come from my chiro) is stretch stretch stretch! Also stay hydrated and not to over rest yourself. Stay active whether that’s walking short distances or going to aquafit (which I love for my bad back) and try to eat as clean as possible since you can’t burn off the calories as much with high intensity…

Yes I am… def a binge eater, especially at night. I’ve been doing OMAD (one meal a day at night) and a snack in the morning and that seems to help with my over eating. How’ve you been coping?

I’m late joining since I’ve only recently started back MFP after going on ozempic… my appetite is finally under control. My April goals are to workout 4 times Atleast a week 2x aquafit and 2x at the gym… so far so good. Just battling nausea and tiredness

I’m on my second try of ozempic, I lost 30 lbs the first time but felt so sick so I stopped… this time around I’m trying to listen to my body and work with the drug vs around it and find it’s helping… my gas is outta control though lol

I have a herniated disc and sciatica and find aquafit helps me a lot.. after it first happened walking was the only thing that helped until I saw a chiropractor and now I go to the gym regularly
