I'm currently sitting at work and watching the clock slowly move forward. This has felt like the longest day ever. Not sure why though considering I have absolutely nothing going on tonight.

Welcome and best of luck. Battling the same scenarios myself. I have managed to curb the overeating but still fighting to find the right mix of foods to get me on track. The comfort foods I'm used to aren't helping to improve my health. Hopefully this will help both you and myself to overcome.
