Checking in! I think I’m back on track. I ran over a little on my calories yesterday because I forgot my lunch and came home starving. My downfall was the loaf of sourdough bread sitting on my counter. Today is a new day!

I was trying to kind of check in daily, but a recently had a bunch of travel and visitors, which snagged my focus and took me away from both tracking my food and following the chats! Gonna do better, I promise!

My water usually includes coffee and tea as well. I allow myself one cup of “doctored” coffee in the morning and do herbal tea the rest of the day. I’m usually in the 5 - 6 cup range but I’m shooting for my eight. Made it yesterday so I’m hopeful.

Yesterday I was crazy hungry! I was out running errands between meetings and almost stopped at a drive through. I managed to restrain myself until I got to my destination and bought a stick of string cheese and a bottle of water at the cafeteria. I’m calling that a win.
