Still at walking speed, but I could reach Tookland today if I really push myself! Only 1.78 miles; I normally average 1.46 so hopefully I can get myself there.

I just eat exactly one serving, instead of just putting however much I think I want. Turns out, 1/2 cup of ice cream is actually a lot. And if I had a good workout, I can justify the 130 cals hahaha

I definitely plan on eating smart, mostly because I've JUST started losing weight and I don't want to be thrown off. For me that just means I'll use a small plate, put more veggies on my plate and have smaller portions of my favorite foods.
