I Work out in the gym for about 7 days a week. what i strugle with is taking rest days. I know you chould have 1 or 2 rest days a week for optimal effect, but my selfimage is so low, if i take a rest day, i feel like *kitten* and cant even look in the mirror:P

haha. know what you mean. why i ask like this, with a question that can be defined in sooo many ways, is because there are so many forms of athletes, and also so much you would want to share. (not that intrested in that ice cream tho :wink: )
