Keep moving! I know when you move to a new area it's hard to resist just sitting down and relaxing in your new, and unknown town, but keep moving. It'll get you out and about and you might just make some new friends.

I do. The weight fluctuations are what I expect based on my diet from the day before. I don't encourage people to do this b/c it can be frustrating on the days that you don't lose weight, but I, myself, need to do this.
