I have found that light wine (such as Stoneleigh Sav Blanc) makes a huge difference in calories and yucky hAngovers. I also only drink low-carb beer, and I log it all.

New to Keto. Been working at it since Jan 03 or so. Have lost two or three pounds. Having a hard time (as a vegetarian) getting under 50g gross carbs/day.
