Love mine, but ignore the calories burned. I bought it second hand for half price, I'd recommend getting it second hand.

As they say, if you link the two this happens automatically. But...fitbits number are way to high, so I would not trust them. And the numbers burned per day is everything you burn that day, so if you go by that number consider it your maintenance calories for the day and eat 3-500 calories less.

Got the same rash, I think. It was just too sweat trapping no matter how loosely I wore it.
-
@rosey0104 I've got the same Stainless Steel one! Several colours by now, because I like them so much and keep buying them.

5'1" who wears fitbit here! I eat somewhere between 1200 and 1500 calories a day, and it works for me. Ignore the fitbit calories, the ones that sync with mfp are just strange, and the ones they claim you burn is highly exaggerated. Right now it says I've burned almost 3000 calories, and that is just...not right. I'm…

The trend will still be down? I don't really see the issue?
-
If I'm extra hungry on training days I do eat a little more. Other than that? No.
-
Open. Although a lot of it is in Norwegian, so might not be a big help.
-
@deannalfisher Is it really? I don't feel like I'm walking that much. It's just what I get from walking at work and walking home right now.
-
@Marilyn0924 I've been changing the activity level up and down, and the problem is always there. Will double check the fitbit set-up. Edit: I've done some changes to the heart rate setting. Crossing my fingers that it solves the problem.
-
@sarahthes It bugs me when the remaining number is so high and I have to remind myself that it's not accurate. That said, it's a minor annoyance.
-
@sarahthes My average is 16 000. But today I've got a little over 3500 on the watch, and it still gave 600 exercise calories.
-
@malibu927 I've double checked the steps on the fitbit, and they match as well as can be expected. The only problem, really is the exercise portion which I think fitbit pulls from puls.
-
@Momepro I really like everything else about the connection. And it really isn't a problem, just an annoyance I hoped there would be a solution for.
-
@sarahthes I've had it on a lot of different settings, and it doesn't seem to change. Right now I have it on high activity, and it still pulls the numbers from fitbit.
-
@malibu927 20 minutes of walking do not count as exercise in my book. The fitbit numbers for the day seems reasonable, it's just what gets registered as exercise that's too high.
-
Used it on vacation to England. No problem.

Depends on my work schedule. When I work early, I wait until lunch at some time between 10-12 when I usually have porridge. When I don't work early I usually go for a two egg omelet with 5 ml of oil and whatever veggies I have on hand.
-
I threw out some, the things I don't have the will power right now to eat in moderation. The rest I kept and eat with the help of my trusted food scale.
-
I found out what went wrong, I was paying to much attention to how much exercise my fitbit claimed I had done and the negativ number from there that I didn't notice that one of my food items were wrong from the entry and only had 5 cal when it was supposed to be 700. New fitbit is confusing me right now.

@shadow2soul You guys are the best, you know that? But, no need to 'mom' me (although it does warm my heart), I wrote this about yesterday and what was in the diary was my pre-planned meals. I promise there will be more food by the time I'm through.
-
@saragd012 I'd forgotten about my activity setting. That might help. And this was written around lunsj time about frustration from yesterday. I promise I wasn't done eating for the day.
-
@amusedmonkey It really isn't that bad, this was yesterday and I ended up just deleting everything in frustration. I wrote this around lunch time so I promise it's not that bad.

Less then 1500, other then that I don't really care.

I like scitec nutritions protein delite.

I have a big pan that I make veggiesoup in. When it's done I strain it, put equal amount of veggies in each container from IKEA, add some of the liquid on top, and put them in the fridge. There's a fridge at work, so I take one or two with me depending on how many late shifts I have that week. I usually put it on a plate…
-
I use plastic containers, mostly for stews and soups, but put the food in cold and put it on a plate to heat if I use a microwave. Mostly I just heat it in a pan.

Did they change the recipe, or was it always a higher calorie count and they now try to sneak it in there like it's always been this way?
