  • Combine 6 c. water, 1 Tbsp salt and 1/4 c. of white vinegar. Bring to a boil. Gently add 8 eggs to boiling water. Lower heat to gentle boil and cook for 14 minutes. Remove eggs to ice water and cool for 15 minutes. Crack and peel. Works every time. Sometimes I double it if I need to make more eggs.
