Got off my lazy bum and busted it out to make this months goal. While im sure the blister on my toe would have appreciated a break, my mind had the will power to get it done.

Looks like i actually might make this months goal. Will most likely have to drop 20 miles for next month to be a realistic goal i can meet.

Completed my 1st 10k and improved my time by 16 minutes. I might just make my goal if i go out later today for a short run to cut down on how many i have left

Completed my 3rd 5k with a new PR of 35:35. i probably could have gotten it under 35 but i had to stop and tie my shoe at mile 2. Im so close to making my goal for this month but yet it still seems so far away. Might have to sign up for a 10k tomorrow for that extra push to meet my goal.

Ive totally done that like twice now on the app. lol. But i meant more like deleting it because it just didnt look or sound right. you know like someone asking "how youre doing" and you spend a few minutes actually letting the person know but in the end delete it all and just respond with "fantasic"lol

Did a quick 3.2 this morning. Upon returning home I noticed that a car parked next to my house had been broken into but thankfully this time it wasn’t mine. At first I didn’t feel bad cuz the person who drives it is a dick but I’ve had mine broken into twice so I know how much it sucks.

3.72mi totally ready for my 1st 5K

So I decided to switch it up and I went out at night vs 4am to see how my body would do with food in my system vs no food. While I felt really sluggish I was able to maintain a consistent pace even if it was slower than molasses but the fact that I do smoke half a pack a day I think I’m killing it. Lol

So since I took it easy on my ankle this week I needed 11 miles or so for my weekly goal. So I downloaded that Zombie Run app for some fun motivation. Knocked out 9.2 miles and even improved my 10K time by 8:58

Improved my 5k time by 22 seconds. Woot woot! Lol. My ankle definitely feels better however it doesn’t look like it but I know if I baby it I’ll probably just keep finding excuses not to go back out.

I’ve never dealt with a broken washer but my dryer outlet was out for the longest time and it was a small slice of heaven. I hated spending the money which really wasn’t much but I enjoyed that hour of peace and quiet. Plus I actually able to fold the clothes while they were still warm which makes it so much easier.

Finally got back out there. I was only planning on a mile but I was making decent time and my ankle felt better so I kept going. I had taken a protein bar with me to eat on my cool down walk home but at some point during my run I dropped it. Lol.

Thanks. Tho I’m sure if I had just taken the time to find both my ankle wraps I wouldn’t have done that. I was definitely able to see the difference and progress Ive made since I started really getting into running. Hopefully if I can stay off of it the rest of the day I’ll be good to go for tomorrow.

So my short run got cut off by me rolling my ankle on mile 2. So I’m goona make my total 2 since I’m now walking/limping back home. Lol

Finally knocked the last bit of this cold out and got in a short run this morning. Improved my 3K by 1:12, mostly due to the fact the end of the route was downhill but I’ll take it.

Totally felt like I was gonna die. Almost didn't go cuz I woke up stuffed up but I know myself and if I had let that excuse stop me I probably wouldn't go out tomorrow either. It was more of a jog/run which I thought would have killed my time but I improved my 1hour distance by almost half a mile

@katharmonic I'm okay. Luckily I busted my butt the on so many Lego pieces lately, that fall was like going down memory lane.
