I started a Keto diet 3 months ago and have lost 42lbs. so far! My starting Weight was 248 and I'm 5'5". Keeping it simple at first is a great way to start. I don't like pork rinds, so when I want something crunchy, I'll eat a small amount of almonds or pecans to get over that crunch crave.
