Well, sitting makes it look worser..but with strengh training and diet i think i can make my belly look more flat :))

Thanks for the advive! :)) i still have a hard time with regular squats but next time i'll try the barbell squats by adding just a little bit more weight

Im 5'8 and 200lbs my goal is 150lbs...my program is to lose a little bit more than 1pound every week so i hope to reach at least 170 on summer however my short term goal is 185

Sagging skin is a big issue but having excess belly fat can lead to many health problems, cholesterol, triglycemia ect..

I try to stay positive and make short term goals, i know my belly fat will be the last to go but i'm sute i'll reach it at the end of my 50lbs loss

Yes you're right, we can't change Genetics sadly, most of my familly members carry excess weight on their belly, so i dont make exception but i will keep exercising and counting calories until i reach my belly fat

I do strenght training because i dont want to lose muscles, but for my belly fat i think it will go last so i have to keep losing fat until i reach it..

The problem is i lose weight much faster on the rest of my body but i see no change on my belly
