Also, if you weight yourself after going to the gym, you might see a hike due to water retention. That 3 lbs might just be water for muscle repair. It should go down by the next morning.

I like to have an avocado on toast (which I call AvocaDOAST XD) or an almond butter toast topped with slices of banana. I sometimes pair that with a spinach or kale smoothie to which I add fruits and a tablespoon of chia seeds for extra protein. Total is usually around 285 - 310 calories.

I try not to eat after 8:30 ish but it's more of a guideline. Weekdays I go to bed around 11:00 - 12:00 and that's around the time I start getting hungry so I just go to sleep.
