Just have a big tall glass of orange juice after fasting for 24 hours- you will have a very satisfying bowel movement.

Lots and lots of water is my detox of choice- once a day I add some lemon to it. Bowel movements and urination get rid of the bad stuff in our guts.

You mix it with lemonade or lemon water. Not too much cayenne, just a dash.

To be honest- paying off my student loans. Soon as they are paid, I will be debt free. I am hoping to have them paid off by the new year.
