• Just joined up. Already lost 51 lbs on Ideal Protein Protocol. Luckily it was my wife and I together.Makes it much easier with a partner to keep you on the straight and narrow. Good luck.

• 58 here from Hoodsport WA. Juse joined up. Lost 51 lbs so far on the Ideal Protein Protocol. Phasing out now. Looking to maintain and tone up.
