I’m in the process of getting over one at present. I injured my shoulder which needed surgery. When they went in they also saw it was frozen and tried to fix it while I was under. Unfortunately that didn’t work so I had the problem of not being able to move it due to surgery recovery but needing to move it for the frozen…
