@RunRutheeRun Yay! Glad to hear someone say that it's not totally unrealistic to expect it to "bounce back"!

@middlehaitch Thanks. I've never paid attention to my micros, but I suppose it's time to start. As for exercise, I get plenty of it working as a house cleaner four days a week. Usually the average day is about 6 hours and I'm dripping sweat lol, so I do get a decent amount of cardio I think. I lose about 1 pound a week…

@moosmum1972 My mother is obese and my father is slender. He's Caucasian and my mom's African American. I'm 26. I figure since my dad's slender and I'm still young that I have a better shot? What do you think?

@AnnPT77 Thank you so much for giving a detailed explanation! Now I know what to prepare for and how to try and combat it.

@moosmum Oy. Not exactly the answer I was hoping for, but thank you for being honest and telling it like it is. Will my skin, if it does become very loose, eventually sort itself out on it's own naturally?

Hi ladies! I would love to join this group and be a part of a safe space to share the ups and downs of weight loss. I have a ways to go before my goal weight.

@wonder_whitters Feel free to add me! My diary is always open and I could always use more accountability too.

@ryenday Cool, thanks for sharing how it's helped you! I can see myself easily adopting weekly calorie counting for the reasons you mentioned, and for the greater freedom it allows in a diet, including the ability to eat treats without "breaking the bank".

@livingleanlivingclean That's awesome that you do weekly calorie counting in a way that works for you. I can also definitely see it being a good incentive to exercise if it's a higher calorie day.
