I think dark chocolate is supposed to help with cravings, but I use kiwi berries to stop my cravings. Chocolate never helped my desire for something else like something sweet after dinner.

I don’t consider myself low carb because apparently I eat a ton of carbs (325+ grams), but it all comes from fruit and sometimes vegetables. I’m mostly (low fat) raw vegan, and even with the huge amount of carbs consumed I feel great and am slowly losing weight.

No cheat meals, but since I try to be mainly raw (raw vegan), I will “cheat” and have airpopped popcorn or soup. Also, since it’s the holidays, I’ll have crustless fruit-sweetened pumpkin pie or pumpkin smoothies. I also drink black coffee once or twice a week.

Nutritional Yeast. I’m not a huge fan of it, but I’ll occasionally put it on salad or steamed veggies. I learned a couple years ago that it is definitely not low calorie. I can easily eat 200+ calories of it a day.

For me, celery is like the best lubricant if ya know what I mean. Basically just focus on fruits and veggies with high water content. Iron...pumpkin seeds, Black beans, dark leafy greens, blackstrap molasses, tomato sauce, etc.
