I was part of the UAC in December, but tripped up 2/3 of the way through the month. It's taken about a week and a half to get back on track. Yes x3 Circumstances made finding time to exercise really hard today, but I ended up walking laps around a shopping center for 20 minutes. I confused a few people which I consider a bonus. Thank you all for inspiring me to find ways to do this!

Hi Everyone - productive day at work, but after little sleep last night, a mellow evening and early to bed seemed wisest, so no exercise tonight. I did log and I am below my calories. My first PASS day.

had a "walking meeting" this afternoon to make my exercise - woot woot. yes yes yes There are some healthier pavlova options that are pretty much just egg whites, vanilla (or whatever) extract, cream of tartar, and sugar. I put it on a baking pan in dollops, so I've made batches that are about 20 calories per "cookie".

Hi - I'm so glad to see you all here. I've been up and down the scale since I was a teenager, and it's time to not diet, but be healthy. I think this is a great place to start building healthy habits.
