im on 3010 a day and thats not including exercise calories added on average i have to eat around 3600 a day more or less

Not the easiest for me - Every day there is a new box of chocolates and doughnuts at work lol I like to clean bulk so good carbs and fats and only around 100/200 calories in a surplus

larger amount of carbs less protein and moderate fats is key. dont go to much over your maintenance calories maybe 100/200 over per day will be good.

Welcome to MFP its all about the food!! dont worry to much about what you eat as long as you stay in your calorie budget however it is always better to keep the diet clean and also try keeping more active take walks / play in the park with your daughter that sort of thing.
