I feel this so much! Snacking is hard for me too! I have found that if I have some cut up carrots available at all times, then I can snack and not feel bad about it. Besides, the crunch and sweetness of the carrot tends to satisfy the snack craving beast for me.

Thank you! Quitting smoking has been quite a challenge, though by not drinking as well I have found not smoking a lot easier. 12th - Didn't do any organized exercise, but we are moving into our new house and I got 9000 steps yesterday and ended up scrubbing my bathroom for about 30 minutes, so I think that counts. And I took the stairs up 3 floors at work, 2 times!! That is huge for me instead of using the elevator. I will call that a win!

I am in, though a bit late. I think I can still accomplish this goal, though it might be a little more difficult now. However, I am really wanting to give it a try. I need motivation, and I think this might help me get started on getting back to exercising. Hopefully, I will have a good strong entry to report tomorrow!
