I went to visit Family over the weekend and indulged. Currently sitting at 137.8 lbs, jeez. Weight can shoot up SO fast!! I hope I can get back down to 133 by the end of the week. Might be asking for too much though ..

I could not commit to tracking my calories beyond a few weeks. I suppose maybe I did not want it badly enough until I ballooned to a weight I had never been and enough was enough.

As long as you maintain a calorie deficit it does not matter what you eat with regards to losing weight.

Not to take over your thread or anything but I bloat a lot after each meal too and I thought that was normal? Should I actually be getting this looked into... I absolutely hate it.

Well it's been 2 weeks and I am STILL not back to pre-vacation weight, sitting 2 lbs away from it. This must mean I actually gained a few lbs from vacation which seems wild since I did not go crazy with the food and it was only one week. Sigh.

Air frying them is the best! Almost the exact same as deep frying without the extra calories.

I thought she said she is 5'4" in which case 115 pounds is not "severely underweight". It is a bmi of 19.7.

Wow that is an insane amount! And I am going back to my regular diet and not trying to do anything to speed up the process. It usually takes me longer than usual to get back to where I was after a spike in water weight. Anywhere from 1-2 weeks sadly :(

I listen to music while I lift as it can get me more motivated and helps pass the time as well.

I did not restrict anything but just ate what I wanted in moderation and stuck to a daily deficit. Quite simple just not always easy to adhere to!

I don't understand her logic behind going "All In" and eating 4-6k calories a day. She thinks she is going to fix her appetite and hunger cues by grossly overfeeding herself? I weigh daily in the morning after using the restroom and keep track in my weight trending app Libra. I enjoy learning how my body responds to various factors so that I don't get discouraged by any scale movements. The upward ticks still do get to me sometimes though :D

Tracking calories has become second nature to me and does not take much time. Due to my medications increasing my appetite tremendously I don't think I will ever be able to intuitively eat. I plan on tracking as long as I can, the only time is gets a bit bothersome is when cooking from scratch and having to weigh each…
