I started back in November 2017 at 200 lbs. I am now 135 lbs and feeling confident in myself again!
-
My starting weight was 200 lbs and I am currently 135 lbs. I still plan on losing 10 more lbs but have decided to take a short break for now and hopefully maintain! Everyone looks great :)

Wow did I eat WAY too must take out. It's no wonder I gained 60 lbs in less than a year. My medication ramped up my appetite so much I should have noticed way sooner :/

Yeah, both viewpoints are ridiculous. There are SO many different body types that it is in no way possible to have mannequins to represent everyone. How do people not recognize this?

I think it is great that they are trying to appeal to the plus size community. People who have an issue with this make no sense. Clearly they have some form of dislike to larger sized individuals that you would think promoting athletic wear to that crowd would be something they are for.

I like buying single serve options of chocolates like the Dove Promises or even the Lindor bags and have one as a serving. It can be tough at times because one does not always cut it for me but I always aim to stick to my calorie goal. I do go over by a little once in and while and I don't let that bother me.

I usually stay within the same weight for most of the week and then see a drop within the last 2 days of the week.
-
Yes you can eat whatever you want and still lose weight since losing weight all comes down to maintaining a calorie deficit.
-
Sure, if you want to starve yourself. Realistically no you cannot do so in a healthy manner.

Ha! I can never pass on free workplace provided pizza as well. And they usually order from good pizza joints!

Sometimes I accidentally end up intermittent fasting when I decide to eat a huge lunch at work and have no more calories left for the day :D

I began in the obese BMI category (200 lbs at a height of 5'4") and was aiming to lose 2 lbs a week but was not able to keep to such a steep deficit and lost at the same rate as you (1lb a week). It felt very slow but I am so glad I stuck with it because time passes anyways and now 1.5 years later I am in a healthy bmi and…

When I began losing weight at 200 lbs and 5'4" I also experienced the same situation you are in. I was losing weight but it was not showing very much and I did not go down in size until 25-30 lbs were lost (from a size 12 to a size 10). The scale was what kept my head in the game because there is no denying that the number…

I weigh daily and keep track of it on my Libra app so I know what I am trending at currently. Like others I want to avoid only weighing once a week in case that lands on a day which shows a gain or no loss which unfortunately would demotivate me.
-
I usually have a cappuccino for breakfast and then my large meal can be lunch or dinner depending on the day and my hunger levels.
-
Setting your rate of loss to 0.5lbs/week will give you more calories and make this process more bearable so you can stick with it.

I tried keto for two weeks and absolutely hated it. I have lost 65 lbs in over a year simply following a calorie deficit.

Yikes, that's a massive difference!

I have yet to come across a food that causes me to binge thankfully. Moderation has been working just fine :)

I had 2 weeks of a diet break eating at maintenance this month but I have still managed to lose 2 lbs the remainder of the month!
-
I keep a scale at work so I can weigh my frozen meals for lunch. Some can be quite a bit off the serving size.

Increased amount of carbs which hold onto water as well as higher sodium which causes water retention. Last but not least the actual weight of you food you ate needs to be taken into account as well.
-
I set my goal to a weight I have been in the past and felt happy with. Fitness wise I am only 3 months into weight training and just aiming to get stronger and hopefully develop muscle once I transition into maintenance.

506 days so far

That has also happened to me, the more weight I lose the "jigglier" my fat becomes. I don't know the scientific reasoning behind this but as far as I am aware this is normal.
