  • I stopped having cravings for any kind of food after giving up carbs. I just said NO to sugar, bread, pasta, most fruit, and starchy veggies. Lost 100 lbs in 8 months and had to acknowledge that, for me, carbs cause psycho-level cravings, anxiety over food deprivation, and massive weight gain. Better to give ‘em up…
