I agree with the comment above. Before you embark on any diet plan, get the calorie deficit down first. The minute you start jumping into complicated diet plans that are an effort to prepare you will begin to lose focus and your motivation with it. Keep it simple

You are welcome. Believe me in my weight loss I have started and stopped so many times it’s not funny. To say it gets easier is a lie but if you are consistent it gets more tolerable. All the best in your journey and I really hope you achieve what you need to achieve.

Yup, sadly still have 20 kg(45 pounds) to go after losing about 5 kg (11 pounds). Have to do it cos the alternative is just not good enough for me.

For me the month of December I lost 5 kg ( 11 pounds for your Americans lol). Last 2 weeks have put a dent in that where the eating has gone downhill. Have to get back on the horse now. Mix of strength and cardio/core training. Feel free to add me. Still have 20 kg(45 pounds) to go so it’s going to be a long and testing…

Drink water. I know it sounds simple but trust me it works, just drink water everytime you crave food.

Well, for me personally it’s more around the aesthetics. Look good for me and my wife and feel good. I know it will be a hard road, giving up the food that I love but hey sacrifices have to be made. Onward and downwards( the weight I mean).
