1200 seems low. Maybe after lots of exercise a 1200 net calorie count is good. But if you only want to eat 1200 a day, minimize carbs and go heavy on greens and lean proteins.

Me me me..... But I expect the same accountability from you in return. Haha. My story..... Married with kids, let myself go, lost a lot of weight, had small surgery and lost motivation, gained weight back and then some. Looking to lose again.
