Melatonin might help. It’s not a medication it’s actually a hormone your body naturally produces. I too can’t take NyQuil. Just take 3 mg about 30 minutes before bed. Toughest night so far. I cooked salmon and it’s cozy in the house and I wanted a glass of wine. But made myself a little mocktail with half of a 60 calorie strawberry rhubarb soda (30 cals) and some la croix lime sparkling water with a squeeze of lime. It did the trick :)

Ask the bartender for a non alcoholic cocktail - most bartenders have some great drinks up their sleeve that look and taste amazing. When I was pregnant I remember asking for a special cocktail and it was super fun to drink

I’ve tried to abstain for brief periods before and sometimes do it, but it seems so hard. Doing committed dry January is the first time since being pregnant that it’s been easy to not drink. I have a gym membership but will let it lapse. I have a treadmill in my garage and between that, a kettlebell, some bands and Aaptiv (an amazing workout app) I’m liking working out at home more.
