  • If you're worried about bad form or hurting yourself you can book a session with a trainer to go through it. However, if it's just that you're afraid of looking like an amateur, get over it. Everyone who has ever stepped foot into a gym was new once too. Don't let your internal critic stop you from working out.

  • I lift 3x/week for 45 minutes before work. I live in a town where I can bike/walk everywhere and that has a lot of trails so the majority of my exercise is outside of the gym.
