  • It might not be great at drinking it before meals, but I use it to clean my kitchen and it works FANTASTIC. It's cheap and effective. Yes it smells like pickles for a few minutes but it goes away.

  • Personally, I find that simply walking a good calorie burn. My husband lost 60 pounds just walking. 3:30 in the morning is super early. Can you workout at lunch time? i walk on my lunch break for about 30 minutes, then eat.
  • You cant go wrong with anything that says "grilled", like grilled shrimp. Get baked potato plain, with the toppings on the side. Steamed veggies. Ask them how they prepare things. I love salads, so that would be my go to. Get the dressing on the side, so you can measure how much you want to put on the salad.
