  • I make one I like at times with: 1 cp blueberries 1 cp spinach leaves 2 or 3 cp unsweet van almond milk (30 cal per cp) 1/2 cp van Greek yogurt It tastes good and you don’t even notice the greens.
  • I had a friend that was having some health problems last year and her doctor recommended that as diet as well.
