  • 32 lbs since November, tons more to go though. Now that I've had the initial woosh of weight loss I know it will happen a lot slower, but still hoping for 2lbs per week for the next few months.

  • That's great, you are over 1/2 there to maintenance mode! I'm going for 100+ lb as well (right around 110-120 to goal weight), have lost 25 lbs. I'm determined to keep it going!
  • I don't miss it at home, but when I go to the movies I still splurge and get a diet coke.....and popcorn ;)
  • I am in the 100lbs to lose club too! I've been eating healthier for the last 2 months, and just recently started exercising as well. I've been doing good so far, but need to keep the momentum going and then when (notice not if but when ;) ) I get to my goal of 160-170 I will need to stay in maintenance.
