  • Do not feel gross about a few off days, and especially if you are still under calories. If I learned anything from regaining all 60 lbs I lost last year it was that I worried too much about being on point/perfect with my calorie intake, and when I wasn't I beat myself up over it which made me feel crappier.

  • Positive: it's a few minute uphill walk from my work parking lot to the entry door, when I was in a hurry I would feel exerted getting up it last month, don't notice that anymore!
  • My positive is I am cooking 1-2 new recipes a week that fit into my daily calories. 3 months ago I was either grabbing fast food or making the same 1 of 4 meals.
  • Do you have something that tracks your steps, or calories burned? If you log it just as straight time I would probably put an hour max walking if you do several hours shopping, I feel like a huge chunk of black friday ends up being standing still waiting in lines, or still while looking at items.
  • Agree with above on looking at thrift shops to find some clothes for sizes that you anticipate being out of soon. Almost 90% of my winter clothing is from Goodwill, it takes time but I tend to find at least a few cute things everytime I go and when they are $2-3 I don't mind if I grow out of it quickly.   • So what is everyone's nutrition plan? I see a lot of super low carb plans, I don't know if that's sustainable for me. For now I try to keep under 100g of the 189g MFP recommends for me, and keep the protein high. I'm trying to keep sugars under 15g
  • Goal from starting weight is 110-118lbs, so far in 4 months have lost about 38lbs (lost more but regained a little bit on vacation). Goal is to be around 2lbs/week lost for the next 30lbs, then drop to 1lb/week for the remaining weight so I can focus on eating right. Feel free to add me :)
