Another weigh in day on the road. I've been able to do at least either yoga, swimming or treadmill running / walking almost each day so far. Today I balanced burger king with a garden veg and grilled chicken salad and a run. Aiming for a good portion of veggies daily. Staying hydrated is a challenge when not wanting to stop too often. Still thousands of miles to go.1

Challenges: went on a weekend trip and didn’t make great choices in regards to eating & drinking. Also binged on sesame chicken yesterday & broke my vegetarian streak once again. Back on it today though!

I did not lose nor gain any weight this week.
I've hit a plateau (since 3 weeks I'm swinging between 80 - 78 kg. ) And I don't know what Im doing wrong I only do Jogging and some body weight exercises. Now I'm thinking about joining gym. Hope that will be helpful.

2) ✅ 60k steps. Even though I had no extra time I managed to walk for 5 days. I'm so proud of myself

I haven’t put my weight down here for a couple of weeks now. I am amazed at how much I’ve lost in centimetres but the scale remains the same. I am doing weights a couple of times a week, cycling a couple of times and walking every day. I have gone down a complete size since January but we not about 2kgs down. Still I’m thrilled5

I am 52 years old, five foot two inches and I work a sedentary job.
Still hanging in around the 183 mark. I did have one day last week where I hit 182, but I think I was probably dehydrated. I had a weekend where I drank alcohol (not a lot), ate fast food, and binged on sugar free candy. It was just one of those weeks. Hard stuff at work, and I had been sort of dating a man and decided that sort of wasn't enough so ended that. I brought some better food to work today and I am going to trivia at a place tonight where I think I can get some decent food. I have two work events with lunch this week, one will be a nicer buffet where I can probably get pretty good food. The other will be pizza where if I can make myself eat only the toppings and leave the crust I do okay.2 -

Trying to do my best before I travel to southern France to visit my aunt for 5 days. Yikes! Keep it strong, keep it steady. It's hard to stay motivated when there's no loss.
