    Highest Weight Ever 234
    Starting Weight August 2017 212
    Goal weight 150
    Weight 1/1 189.2
    Weight 1/8 186
Weight 1/15 (on vacation, didn't weigh)
    Weight 1/22185.6
    Weight 1/30 183.2
    Weight 2/5 185.4
    Weight 2/12 184.0
Weight 2/19 - I didn't get to weigh because not at home.
    Weight 2/26 184.8
    Weight 03/05 186.6
    Weight 03/12 183.4
    Weight 03/19 183.8

I am 52 years old, five foot two inches and I work a sedentary job.

Still hanging in around the 183 mark. I did have one day last week where I hit 182, but I think I was probably dehydrated. I had a weekend where I drank alcohol (not a lot), ate fast food, and binged on sugar free candy. It was just one of those weeks. Hard stuff at work, and I had been sort of dating a man and decided that sort of wasn't enough so ended that. I brought some better food to work today and I am going to trivia at a place tonight where I think I can get some decent food. I have two work events with lunch this week, one will be a nicer buffet where I can probably get pretty good food. The other will be pizza where if I can make myself eat only the toppings and leave the crust I do okay.

    This week's loss: -0.4
    Total weight lost: 12.4

This week's successes: Tracking. Exercising (yoga, snowboard and cycling!). I made some batch food ahead so I can have some easy to grab nutritious meals throughout the week.

This week's challenges: It's hard to control myself when I go out... I've also not been drinking enough water... I'm tired of loosing and gaining the same 3lbs for the past 3 weeks. Trying to do my best before I travel to southern France to visit my aunt for 5 days. Yikes! Keep it strong, keep it steady. It's hard to stay motivated when there's no loss.

Have a great day you bunches of losers!

@Jimb376mfp Thank you for the Spring Inspiration! I always need motivation on the quest for better health. You have been an inspiration for me since starting this challenge in 2017. As I continue to struggle with these final 10 pounds, I smile when I see your posts on any of the topics.

My highest weight was 188 several years ago. Last year I found this challenge at 161 pounds, and everything clicked. I lost 31 pounds in 2017! My goal is 120 (My Air Force weight that I may never see again), but it is a goal. The pictures are me at my heaviest and me this year at 59 years old. I will be running my first 5k in 10 days.

@Jimb376mfp ...thanks for spearheading this challenge, giving the encouragement, and being an inspiration. I am not losing a pound a week....heck I’m not losing a pound a month...but I am not quitting either! I will continue to chip away at this because where I am is better than where I was...50+ pounds heavier. ;)

    Starting weight: 79kgs
    Goal: 65kgs
    Last weight: 77.1kgs
    This week: 75.8kgs
This week: Loss 1.3kg (actually for month of March)
    Total loss for March: 1.3kg
    YTD loss: 3.2kgs

This week's successes: I am sticking with low carb and finding it is working well. Continued centimeter loss and now I have a scale weight to boast as well.

This week's challenges: Low carb can be boring and I tend to stick to the same meals to make it easy. :( It does drain the energy for hard core exercise. I will be riding for 50kms this weekend so I think a few bananas before the ride will be necessary to get me through.

A little hint: My weight was not coming down and then I changed from red meat to salmon for evening meal. It worked a treat. I think I will be eating a lot of salmon for the next month. o:)
