This week was rough because I didn't do my meal planning for the week. But I still was able to stay in track with my caloric intake. I got some really good walks in this week and that really helped a lot.

Weight loss is such a mental game. It's hard to stay focussed when you are doing what you are supposed to do but the scale doesn't reflect all the work you've put in even though you know that the scale lies.
Previous week's successes: Finished W8D1 and W8D2 of C25k.
Previous week's challenges: Getting my water in.

This week's successes: Finally got off antibiotics! My weight trend is 257, however my actual weight today was 254.4 so I'm really happy! I've also been sleeping a lot better and work stress has been minimized.
This week's challenges: Had to get some more tooth work done, so I went over my calories a couple days eating softer stuff (I never knew that stuffing had so many calories! haha). I also did not feel like working out yesterday at all because of the dental visit, but I'm feeling much better today so hopefully I can stick to my plan over the next couple weeks before I go back to the dentist.1/6/18: 263.8

Finished the icey trail 10k with my husband !
It was fun & I didn't fall! Quite the adventure for a girl from south Texas.
One part of the trail was litterally one person lane right next to a bunch of uber cold water. One runner took the plunge; took it in stride & kept running.
My motivation is about being able to participate in events and races like this one. To be fit; not held back from the adventures of life.3 -

Weighed in 2 days early since I'm leaving for vacation and cruise in about 8 hours. The past few cruises I've been on I have gained about 5 lbs each and didn't lose.........this one my goal is to hold maintenance and not record weight until next Monday to allow a day or two for bloat to go away.2 -

Late at joining this thread, but this has been my goal since January! I'm at that point, a few month's in, where motivation could start to fade, so it's always good to keep myself publicly accountable.

Week’s success: exercised after work 5/6 days, logged food everyday, weighed everyday. Staying right in the maintenance range I want to be in until mid April.

Successes:. I'm still tracking everything and staying within my points. Finally got a big loss I've been waiting for! I was getting tired of all the bouncing I've been doing.
Challenges: A new normal. DD and her 2 littles moved out last weekend. Made me sad, and relieved, lonely, and relaxed. Despite the crazy rollaer coaster, I kept tracking and didn't let being 7 WPs in the red by Sat (the official start if my week is Thurs) derail me. I made use of the new rollover option and finished my week with 5 weekly points left! Continuing to just put one foot in front of the other!

Good luck! Insomnia is tough.2
