Just starting today
This week's successes: I lost 2 Ibs from when I weighed a few days ago
This week's challenges: I'm going on a 5 day detox starting TODAY to where I can only drink water and the weight loss supplements along with the meal plan. I call it a challenge because I've NEVER gone 5 days without coffee. Another challenge for me is that I work at a fast food restaurant where coffee and soda is served and I can get my meals free there... Lol

Week 4
Current Weight: 176.5 lbs. (80kg)
Total weight lost for challenge: 1lb. (Trying so hard not to get disheartened)
I did not lose nor gain any weight this week.
I've hit a plateau (since 3 weeks I'm swinging between 80 - 78 kg. ) And I don't know what Im doing wrong I only do Jogging and some body weight exercises. Now I'm thinking about joining gym. Hope that will be helpful.
I know how you feel. Can you measure your progress with anything else than the scale? Body measurement or fitness level or pant size?
I made sure to take baseline of all kinds of different metrics so I don't get discouraged if the scale doesn't move.
Keep at it. That weight will come off eventually. Sending skinny vibes!
I actually do track all the measurement and look out for NSV. But when there's no or a little change I tend to get discouraged.
But thank u for sending skinny vibes I needed those2 -

This week's successes: Didn't throw in the towel when I missed my macro ratio, instead I committed to doing better the following day.
This week's challenges: Snacked on non-Keto foods and went over my carb allowance. Sustained a back injury at work that prevented me from running or working out this week. Hoping I'll be healed and ready to get back to my physical activity by next week.4 -
