Finally I am Back in the groove 167.6 today. Goal 164.1 Walking a ton each morning. Appetite is in the Zone. Just wish I knew how/why, I would have done it 6 months ago!

Thank you @themedalist!! So helpful! I am a person who shifts her priorities when the scale goes up. She makes health her first priority. I am a person who knows that sodium Increases my mouth hunger, so I keep it under 1,500mg per day I am a person who listens to her body AND does exercise without overdoing it.

I always avoided measurements, too, but it has re-invigorated my efforts to lose my extra 3.1lbs and then (Hopefully) go further down to “whittle my middle “ more The measurements will Help me Order clothes online & to see my progress. I remember the weight coming off slowly but the inches really decreased closer to 152lbs

I agree with the above posters. Salt can kick up our “mouth hunger.” I also got in a habit of before bedtime eating in maintenance..however..do some experiments.I often find I’m not hungry when I wake up.
