Most successful 2022 habit: Weighing myself daily & recording it on paper next to my sink & on my phone. Previous to 2015, I would “forget to weigh” and then come out of a fog 6 months later perplexed how I gained it all back. As I was losing my weight, I promised myself that I would not let that happen again.

Nov 1, trend weight: 166.7 Dec 25 tw 163 more salty foods… 37 days left So I’m going to shoot for 159.9 by Jan 31!!! I am delighted to be back in my normal BMI range. The next two months will be to get back into the 150’s to give myself a buffer (as I retain water in summer & I never want to be over normal BMI again.)

I look my average monthly weights & not the avg calories. My goal (and motivation) is to have a normal BMI so the weights work well.

I lost most of my 70 lbs during Oct -April throughout my life - most recently 2016,2017,2018. And have reduced a recent uptick in year 4 of maintenance this Fall.
