Yay! I’d say it’s better than good. It’s great! I use music sometimes on my walks/hikes if I’m “flagging” perks me right up! Let’s remind each other about the day after New Years, Valentines, trips/vacations, etc. Just this Thanksgiving, I realized that’s the trick! Yay!
