April 18 ✅✅✅ 11K Got labs today! All great! Blood glucose low. And my annual eye exam. - apparently the eyes can be early indicators of issues with high bp and/or diabetes. It showed I have neither, but still great to know the exam Showed that! #HealthFirst

✅✅✅ Having a lot of work done on our house. Had to clear out most of 7 rooms for the window replacements. Next up: painting inside & out and refinishing 5-6 rooms’ Floors. SO, we are getting rid of anything we don’t use and/or love. We use a robot vacuum machine & mopper. That basically only leaves the stairs. Toilets once…

It can be quite freeing @vgulyash when we realize the corollary that decreasing our daily calories by 50 calories OR increasing our walking by 1/2 a mile will result in a 5-Lb loss per year!

April 14 Great day ✅✅✅ Lowest weigh in since Jan 31. 1.1 lbs to go to my healthy BMI. Eating three meals, no snacks is now a habit. And I got my steps back to 10K per day. I have weighed & recorded my weight every day since Jan 1, 2016. I will do so for the rest of my life.
