Just got back on after I stopped exercising (9 months ago!) After my first car accident ever. It was such a struggle. I'm at my heaviest I've ever been right now, and feeling so down, but got my gym pass and am on my 3rd workout since I got it last week. Anyone feel free to add me! I could use the support!

I'm right there with you. Stopped logging and am at my heaviest. It's so frustrating :( What helps me is just not buying sweets. Not having them in the house.
