FP newbie here! Holy Moses! I just weighed myself after 3 years of massive stress and anxiety due to a spinal cord injury which left me unable to exercise at all. I'm finally feeling better. I was originally a very fit, muscular 137 lbs at 5'8 tall. I knew my clothes didn't fit but 180 lbs?
