Easter is about chocolate, and been married to long for Valentine’s Day... lol! But Xmas. Is fun...! Watching all the houses out do each other with lights, how the kids start singing really bad Xmas songs, watching people grab big fat frozen turkeys ... love it!! :-)

I have found over the years, it’s best to work all the body then to try and hit one area, u need to warm ur body, a 5 min walk. Then hit cardio for short time zone, 1 min run to 30 sec walk, 3/5 times... all over body tone. Work from bottom to top. The a cool down / stretch.. min of 3 times a week. If u YouTube all body…

1200. Is not a lot of cal. I found working with 1500. And taking time. To drop weight, works. I scan and fill in as I cook... i find it easy to remember then!!!
