Actually, I used oven only to warm up the Good Foods pizza, and it can be done in microwave as well. I mostly cook stews, soups, stir fries, etc, sometimes use slow cooker, bake mini cupcakes in microwave. Bacon - in microwave, specific microwave bacon dish.

I personally love cheeses recently. From Babybel and string cheese to Brie - some are better for proteins, other for fats, and all easy to eat as snacks, if you already ate the main meal. I also do shrimps for protein.

Thank you! I found keto, it is way easier to eat lower calories and not jump out of it. Also, I use other app to log foods - MFP sometimes have multiple entries for same food with way too different information. But I still log the weight here and join the community and challenges :)

For each their own :) different people find different ways of eating easier to stick to or easier to loose weight from. Some people finds easier not to eat carbs, others eat vegetarian on vegan, even others can drastically lower kcal till they get to the weight they want. Good luck, you just need to find what works for you! For me a low carb (keto) works the best (at least I do not feel hungry), though I miss fruits. But I miss low weight more :wink:

I am on keto. I usually grab either Babybel cheeses, or string cheeses, or home made fat bomb. However, if I want a bigger meal, I go with shrimps with mayo and guacamole (or other sauce), or cook a piece of fish in the pan (have a pack of frozen tilapia) and eat with spinach/other low carb veggie.
