Once you see the result, it gets addictive. Especially like myself I started with a 37" pant size and now can fit in 32". Just know it's all about being consistent and doing the work everyday! It's a lifestyle change! You'll get there

This is awesome right here! I use to be a social smoker, had an ex girlfriend that used to smoke and being around her and her family got me in the habit. I think what got me to quit was moving to a vape and occasion cigarette started tasting gross and one day just quit both... you'll get there, you've made the first step!
