Be careful with the Meal Replacement Bars some of them are loaded with sugar. If your going to do a Protein Shake, get a good quality one, check the sugar in it as well. I'm a big fan of a snack box that I make myself, Chicken, Nuts, Celery, Broccoli Flolrets w/ranch, etc...
